When you choose valuation coverage with any level of deductible you prefer, you can choose the Straight Talk Advantage upgrade that offers the combination of added protection and service options that meets your needs.

In addition to extra valuation coverage with ANY package you will also receive coverage for:

Additional Valuation coverage - Additional Full-Valuation Protection will be added to your declared Full-Value Protection amount when you choose any of the Straight Talk Advantage packages.

Pairs and Sets- If any one item in a set is damaged and cannot be fixed or replaced to match the set, United will replace or pay for the entire set's replacement value.

Mechanical Malfunction -All equipment that is in good working condition before the move will be in the same working condition after the move or it will be repaired or replaced - even if the cartons do not indicate damage.

Acts of God - We'll protect your belongings from loss or damage in the event of a natural disaster during the move.

Claim Assist - In the unlikely event of a claim, after contacting United with a claim inquiry within 30 days of delivery, we will provide you with considerate on-site help. We help you complete your claim form and have repairs made, or may make an on-the-spot settlement for loss or damage of your belongings.

Date Change - We understand better than anyone how difficult coordinating a move can be. Our date change service gives you the flexibility to change your moving date without charge.

Identify Theft Protection - In today's world, you not only have to protect your possessions, but your identity as well. The Identity Theft Protection service, which is included in all Straight Talk Advantage packages, provides you with a one-year membership in the Identity Theft Protection Platinum Member Program of SOLUS, a company specializing in safeguarding your identity.

Depending on the package you choose, you may also receive:

Increased Destination Waiting Time - Sometimes you just can't be in the right place at the right time. Don't worry. United provides you with the flexibility you need. If we arrive at your final destination and you're not there, we'll wait. The standard free waiting time at destination is two hours and is extended to four hours with the purchase of most Straight Talk Advantage packages.

Additional Delay Payment - United values your time as much as you do. If we pick up or deliver your belongings to your new home after the scheduled time, we will compensate you for the delay. Receive the standard $125 for each day the pickup or delivery is late, or increase the amount to $250 with the purchase of most Straight Talk Advantage packages.

Destination Debric Pick-Up - You have a lot on your mind after a big move – cleaning up packing supplies shouldn’t be one of them. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll pick up your empty cartons and packing material waste.

PC Set-Up - Arrange to have your PCs set up after you settle in. No more messing with confusing, colored cords! AT&T Connect Tech will take the hassle out of setting up your PCs and them ready to use.

Wireless Networking - You can not only arrange to have your PC set up by AT&T ConnecTech, but they can also install your secured wireless network at the same time so that you can share your Internet, printers and files from anywhere in your home or office.

Home Theater Dissassembly and Set-Up - AT&T ConnecTech will take the pain out of disassembling and setting up your wall or stand mount home theater system and get you relaxing in front of your favorite show as quickly as possible!

Move-Out Clean Service - Instead of spending extra time cleaning up before heading out of your old home, let our maid service partner handle the housecleaning after the moving truck leaves. This service includes a bonded, insured, supervised, cleaning team for up to six (or ten) hours of housecleaning.

Move-In Clean Service - Want one less thing to worry about? Let our maid service partner remove the stress and anxiety of housecleaning when moving into your new home. This service includes a bonded, insured, supervised four-person cleaning team for up to ten man-hours of housecleaning.
