Diggins & ROSE and United Van Lines understand that moving can be stressful and difficult even under the best of circumstances. That's why we have developed these special value packages to provide an even higher level of service and protection to your move.

To qualify for these added value services, you must first purchase standard Full Value protection for your possessions. Your move consultant will assist you with this. Then simply choose the Straight Talk Advantage℠ package (chart is on page two of the link) that offers the combination of added protection and service options that meets your needs.

STRAIGHT TALK GOLD PROTECTION

When you qualify by purchasing standard Full Value protection for your possessions and then purchase any Straight Talk Advantage services package, you will also receive the following GOLD level additional coverage:

• Pairs and Sets - If any one item in a set is damaged and cannot be fixed or replaced to match the set, United will replace or pay for the entire set's replacement value.
• Mechanical Malfunction -All equipment that is in good working condition before the move will be in the same working condition after the move or it will be repaired or replaced - even if the cartons do not indicate damage.
• Acts of God - We'll protect your belongings from loss or damage in the event of a natural disaster during the move.

CLAIM ASSIST

In the unlikely event of a claim, after contacting United with a claim inquiry within 30 days of delivery, we will provide you with considerate on-site help. We help you complete your claim form and have repairs made, or may make an on-the-spot settlement for loss or damage of your belongings.

DESTINATION CONNECTION ASSISTANCE

Let Geek Squad, the best in the business, take care of details of getting your cable or satellite up and running.**

PC SETUP - Arrange to have your PC set up after you settle in. No more messing with confusing, colored cords! Geek Squad will take the hassle out of setting up your PC and get your computer equipment ready to use.

PC NETWORKING - You can not only arrange to have your PC set up by Geek Squad, but they can also install your secured wireless network at the same time so that you can share your Internet, printers and files from anywhere in your home or office.

HOME THEATER SETUP - We want your home theater equipment to look and sound as good as it did before you moved. Geek Squad will take the pain out of setting up your home theater system and get you relaxing in front of your favorite shows as quickly as possible!

DATE CHANGE

We understand better than anyone how difficult coordinating a move can be. Our date change service gives you the flexibility to change your moving date without charge. This added value service is only available with purchase of a Straight Talk Advantage package.

INCREASED DESTINATION WAITING TIME

Sometimes you just can't be in the right place at the right time. Don't worry. United provides you with the flexibility you need. If we arrive at your final destination and you're not there, we'll wait. The standard free waiting time at destination of two hours is extended to four hours with the purchase of this feature.

ADDITIONAL DELAY PAYMENT

We value your time as much as you do. If we pick up or deliver your belongings to your new home or office after the promised time, we will compensate you for the delay. The standard $125 for each day the pickup or delivery is late is increased to $250 with this feature.

DESTINATION DEBRIS PICKUP

You have a lot on your mind after a big move - cleaning up packing supplies shouldn't be one of them. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll pick up your empty cartons and packing material waste. If purchased separately: $145

ADDITIONAL VALUATION PROTECTION

Additional Full-Value Protection will be added to your declared Full-Value Protection amount when you choose any Straight Talk Advantage package. If purchased separately, every $5,000 of additional coverage with no deductible is valued at approximately $40.
