A Moving Thanksgiving

diggins & ROSE Movers deliver to Nashua Soup Kitchen

At a time when we are thankful for the blessings we have received, it is a moving experience for us at diggins & ROSE Moving Systems to again co-sponsor with Keller-Williams Realty the Thanksgiving Food Drive for the Nashua, NH Food Pantry.

Our drivers Steve and Matt delivered 100 book boxes filled to the brim Thanksgiving Dinners collected by Keller-Williams to the Nashua Food Pantry on Chestnut Street in South Nashua. As we arrived, the many volunteers at the Soup Kitchen pitched in to help unload, adding our boxes to many other donations for the needy of Nashua. At 10 AM there were already at least 50 families lining the sidewalk with more arriving by the minute. Visitors to the Soup Kitchen receive Turkeys, fresh vegetables, freshly-baked bread and all the fixings for Thanksgiving dinner in addition to other donated items.

We are thankful for the opportunity to help make this holiday special for many families who are struggling in this difficult economy.

We offer a special thanks to all of our customers and wish them a truly moving Thanksgiving with their families.
