Watch how a Go Mini's portable storage container is carefully delivered to your home or business
If you're wondering if a portable storage container is right for your moving or storage needs, or whether you have enough room for delivery, this slide show will help you understand and make that decision.
Slide 1: This shows how a Go Mini's portable storage unit arrives loaded onto a special delivery truck with a gently-tilting bed. This slide shows a 20' container. Go Mini's are also available in 12' and 16' sizes.
Slide 2: The truck arrives with the door facing either towards the front or back of the truck, depending on whether you want the roll-up door to face towards your garage or away from the street (facing truck back) or whether you prefer it to face the street (facing truck front).
Slide 3: The bed of the truck slides back smoothly and begins to gently lower the storage container to the ground. The container rests on low wheels once it reaches the ground. The wheels require a firm, paved surface so they will not dig into the ground. Our driver will place plywood runners under the wheels to protect your driveway surface.
Slide 4: For a 20' container, a total length of about 40' is needed because the bed of the truck needs room to slide back. In slide 4 you see the bed almost fully extended.
Slide 5: In this final step of the process you see the container lowered fully to the ground and the truck bed begins to retract.
