1. Automation equipment is slung with spreaders and ready to be lifted.

2. Piece being lifted by crane up to the second story.

3. Piece being landed on second floor platform.

4. Stearman skates are used to roll each piece into position. Special skates are reserved for clean room use.

High Value Capital Equipment Delivery

A full production line of new automation machinery was purchased by this diggins & ROSE client in Chicago, IL. This type of equipment is particularly sensitive and requires specialized handling.

Diggins & ROSE arranged transportation from the factory to our facility in Nashua, NH. Once there, diggins & ROSE uncrated, unskidded and inspected the pieces at our location. We then reloaded and transported the machinery to the client in the Boston, MA area. All pieces were lifted by crane up to a second floor location and items placed into a clean room production floor.

Because the line was to be installed in a clean room, diggins & ROSE used equipment reserved for clean room installations.
