Diggins & ROSE is seeking professional, reliable van operators for both our residential and commercial divisions. The ideal household goods driver will be both detail and consumer-oriented with a record of safe loading and delivery.  They will provide superior customer service by arriving on time, in a clean uniform, perform their job well and are willing to go above and beyond the customers' expectations.

Household Goods Driver Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the move process and build a load using good judgment in order to safely transport each shipment and avoid injuries and accidents.

• Supervise helpers by overseeing loading/unloading of household goods, padding and un-padding in the residence, keeping the job site in neat and clean order, placing items in accordance with customer wishes and verifying the loading and unloading of the entire shipment.

• Completes accurate documentation for submission to operations department.

• Maintains clean driving record and operates legally at all times with the knowledge that citations (professionally or off duty) affect qualification status and may impair the ability to work.

 Other van operator requirements:

• Previous moving experience strongly preferred.

• United Van Lines experience a plus.
