Employment Opportunity: Local or Long Distance Moving Company Dispatcher

Diggins & ROSE Moving Systems, in Nashua (Hudson) NH is currently seeking an experienced moving company dispatcher to work in our growing household goods, commercial and rigging operations department. Unigroup (United Van Lines or Mayflower) experience is preferred. 

Dispatcher job responsibilities:

Coordinate, plan and schedule daily moving crews, assign vehicles, drivers and movers to perform daily task. 

• Process completed paperwork.
• Call customers, confirming arrival times and dates.
• Consistently reinforce all company policies and procedures with all team members to insure total customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance & scheduling with Maintenance garage.
• Control incoming & outgoing activity in all warehouses.

• Perform weigh master duties (company will assist in obtaining a Weigh Master's license).

Moving Company Dispatcher Job Requirements:

• Must have previous dispatching experience, preferably with a major van line
• Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment. 
• Must be facile in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with United Van Lines or Mayflower software a plus

• Experience with MoveMagic a plus
