Project Details


1. 8,000 lb. lap table is laid into its crate.

2. Crate design allows easy removal of hoisting bolts from packaging.

3. Protecting packing material is added to crate.

4. Finished crate is ready for shipping.
 

Lap Table Crate: St. Gobain

Periodically these 8,000 lb. polishing tables must be shipped to be re-machined and then returned to the customer. Diggins & ROSE custom-designed a reusable crate to allow this highly-sensitive item to be packaged and shipped in a manner that protects the sensitive surfaces.

Crate is built from 100% heat-treated lumber per ISPN 15 convention. All crates are built to diggins & ROSE crating standards.
